Our goal and mission
is to provide excellent customer service to our clients and assist them in every way to get the coverage they need at a price they can afford.
We strive to find a way to provide coverage, not look for a way to decline coverage.
Silverstein Insurance Services (previously CPI Insurance Services) has been licensed since 1968 specializing in hard to place "HIGH RISK AND SPECIALTY" insurance for homeowners and investors. Many agents don't want to write or don't know how to cover those special risks.
We have the know how, the desire and the markets to write coverage for those properties that need special handling.

Dale Silverstein
Dale grew up in Sacramento California. After high school he joined the US Navy and did two tours in South Viet Nam. One year in Saigon with Naval Support Activity. A second tour was aboard the USS Sacramento (AOE1) fast combat support ship.
After his military service he worked in consumer finance as a senior manager for fourteen years. He then owned and managed CPI Insurance Services for the next 25 years.
Dale studied Organizational Leadership at Brandman University. At American River College he studied Real Estate, Banking, Insurance and Marketing.
He has been a licensed realtor in California and Utah. Dale has been a licensed insurance agent/broker since 1968. Dale enjoys his life in the insurance business and working with people to protect the biggest asset many of them will ever have, their homes and investment properties.
